We do not accept personal cheques.
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE CAMP (July 2nd).
No additional activity fees.
Parents must supply a lunch and snacks.
Cancellation
Reimbursements will only be considered upon receipt of a written request.
The administrative fee will be $100 administrative fee per child AND $92 per week attended.
Reimbursements will be issued by cheque 7 working days after receiving the written cancellation request. Please note that we do not reimburse for weeks not used due to vacation and/or schedule conflicts.
