À propos de nous

Comité Jeunesse NDG

As the oldest continuously run educational institution, The Champion School remains committed to providing an academically rigorous education to students who will walk out of school ready for lives of leadership and service to their community. From literacy to music and art, each day at the Champions School is filled with activities that are both enriching and fun.

We strive to be committed to the students we are privileged to serve, in our alumni association, our dedicated, talented faculty and staff. We also take pride in having the most active and helpful group of partners, visionary parents, well-wishers, alumni and friends.
Everyday at the Campions School is like a blessing with the active students and talented staff members around.

Mission

Le Comité Jeunesse Notre-Dame-de-Grâce works within the community to build a strong and healthy community by improving the quality of life of the neighbourhood and its residents. We collaborate with the City of Montreal – the Côte-des-Neiges/Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough and various partners to develop interesting and stimulating programs that include the multicultural and diverse aspect of its collective.

Our Objectives
  1. Promote recreational, sporting, community and social activities as essential for individuals, families and the community.
  2. To be a voice for the community wishing to maintain fairness and justice among its members.
  3. Help the community develop through different quality training. Through education and knowledge of existing resources.
  4. Respond to diverse and changing demands from community members.
  5. Provide programs and activities that are part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
  6. Collaborate with the Côte-des-Neiges/Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough; the City of Montreal in the management and administration of community centres, day camps as well as offering administrative services and support for non-profit organizations and  maintenance management for community centres.
Board of Directors
We, at Champion School, follow a child-centered educational approach. We make sure that it is based on scientific observations from birth to adulthood. We believe that a child is naturally curious and is capable of initiating learning in a supportive and thoughtfully prepared environment.
